These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the Context Visualizer website, public web tool, and Windows desktop beta (the “Product”). The Product is operated by its independent developer (“we”, “us”). By using the Product, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Product for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. 2. Product scope, purchase, and license2. 产品范围、购买与许可

Context Visualizer: Founding Beta is a Windows-first, local-first desktop companion. The published price is a one-time USD $39. When live checkout is enabled, Creem acts as Merchant of Record for payment, applicable indirect tax, invoices, and transaction administration. Creem’s checkout terms and the product description shown at checkout form part of the purchase. Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased Founding Beta for your own internal work. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute the installer, bypass access controls, or present the Product as your own. 3. Your content, keys, and acceptable use3. 你的内容、Key 与可接受使用

You retain your rights in the session files and content you process. You are responsible for having permission to process that content and for complying with confidentiality, employment, client, data-protection, export, and other obligations that apply to it.你保留对所处理会话文件与内容的权利。你有责任确保拥有处理权限，并遵守适用于该内容的保密、雇佣、客户、数据保护、出口及其他义务。

You supply and control your OpenRouter account, API key, model selection, provider settings, and spend. Keep the key confidential, set an appropriate credit limit, and review OpenRouter and model-provider terms before processing sensitive content. We are not responsible for third-party prices, outages, output, retention, or policy changes.你自行提供并控制 OpenRouter 账户、API key、模型选择、提供商设置与消费。请保密 key、设置适当额度，并在处理敏感内容前查看 OpenRouter 与模型提供商条款。我们不对第三方价格、故障、输出、留存或政策变化负责。

Do not use the Product to violate law, another person’s rights, service terms, or security controls; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; overload the public service; or process content you are not authorized to access.不得使用产品违反法律、他人权利、服务条款或安全控制；不得分发恶意软件、尝试未经授权访问、使公共服务过载，或处理无权访问的内容。

4. Founding Beta and AI output4. Founding Beta 与 AI 输出

Model-generated classifications, summaries, decisions, blockers, and next steps may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. The coverage ledger accounts for imported turns; it does not guarantee correct interpretation. Verify important output against linked source material and use your own judgment.模型生成的分类、摘要、决策、阻塞与下一步可能不完整、不准确或具有误导性。覆盖账本只保证导入回合被核对，不保证解释正确。请用链接来源核对重要输出并自行判断。

5. Availability, warranties, and liability5. 可用性、保证与责任

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility beyond the published requirements. We may suspend or change the public web tool, beta distribution, or third-party integrations for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.在适用法律允许的最大范围内，产品按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不保证不中断、无错误输出、适合特定目的，或超出公开要求的兼容性。出于维护、安全、法律或产品原因，我们可能暂停或调整公开网页版、Beta 分发或第三方集成。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses; lost profits, opportunities, or data; model-provider charges; or loss caused by unauthorized use of your key. 6. Termination, changes, and contact6. 终止、变更与联系

You may stop using the Product at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for material breach, fraud, unlawful use, security risk, or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.你可随时停止使用产品。若发生重大违约、欺诈、违法使用、安全风险或法律要求，我们可终止或限制访问。按性质应在终止后继续有效的条款（包括所有权、免责声明与责任限制）仍继续有效。
